The BrookField is licensed and staffed 24 hours a day, and is designed to respond to the personal care and recreational needs of seniors in a home-like setting. Residents are able to live independently in their own apartments, while receiving the services they need from our supportive and caring staff. We offer many services, which include a personalized plan of care for each resident based on an individualized resident assessment. The following are just some of the services we offer:
  • 24-Hour, 7 day a week assistance available from attentive personnel. We also offer in-house physician services

  • 3 nutritional meals a day served in a elegant tableside dining atmosphere. Special diets are available, all meals approved by consultant certified dietician

  • Housekeeping services including laundry. Self service washers and dryers are available

  • Medication Administration

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, and other personal services

  • Planned activities to keep residents stimulated and socially involved

  • Private Whirlpool bathing facility

  • Full Time Director of Nursing

  • The BrookField is a non-smoking facility
